Last updated July 2026. This explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to remove it.
The Launch Plan is private and sign in only. Only you and the adults you are linked to can see what you put in. We store your choices and the plan they produce, never a case file about you. You can export or delete everything at any time.
We do not store a case narrative, a caseworker's notes, or any child welfare record. We keep the least we need to build your plan.
Your record is yours. It is visible to:
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Texts are opt in only and informational, about your own deadlines. You can reply STOP at any time to end them, and we will not add you back. Message and data rates may apply. Texting is for people 13 and older. We store your number as private data and delete it when you opt out or delete your account. Our text messages are sent through Twilio, acting on our instructions.
The tool is built to be used by young people, including minors. We keep data to a minimum, use it only to build your plan, and never sell it or use it for advertising. A linked adult can help you, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your data is stored in the United States. A few trusted providers process it on our behalf so the tool can run: Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and sign in, and Twilio as our text message provider if you opt in to reminders. They act only on our instructions.
You can ask us to export your data, or delete it, at any time. Deleting removes your record and the plans and files made from it. To do either, email jantz.alex@gmail.com from the address on your account.
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a fresh date. The Launch Plan is run by Alex Jantz. Questions or requests: jantz.alex@gmail.com.
